Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, installing, or booking doorstep services through the Kleen mobile application or landing page website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. The Scope of Service
Kleen Services Private Limited provides a digital doorstep-service matchmaking platform. By finalizing a booking, you contract our trained fleet of professionals to perform specialized cleaning services on your designated vehicle or property premises.
2. Customer Access & Utility Obligations
To ensure a flawless cleaning experience, the customer agrees to the following preparations:
- Direct Site Access: Provide clear, legal, and safe entry to the vehicle parking spot, water tank installation area, solar panels, or household interiors.
- Essential Utilities: The customer must provide access to a functional domestic electrical plug point and a standard tap water connection within reasonable distance. Our heavy-duty vacuum machines, pressure jet cleaners, and foam machinery cannot function without domestic utility support.
- Vehicle Details: For premium car washes, the customer must correctly designate the vehicle category (Hatchback, Sedan, or SUV/MUV) in the app to avoid scheduling mismatches.
3. "Pay After Service" Policy
Kleen proudly operates under a premium satisfaction model where payment is requested only upon full completion of active services:
- Upon service completion, the customer is requested to physically inspect the cleaned items (e.g., dashboard shine, AC airflow, tank clarity, fabric stain removal) alongside the assigned technician.
- Once satisfied, the customer signs off on the digital booking receipt inside the app.
- Upon verification, the customer is obligated to execute the payment instantly using UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), cash, or card gateways.
4. Cancellation & Convenience Fees
We respect your schedule and request respect for our technicians' time:
- Free Cancellations: You can cancel or reschedule any booked service slot for free up to 2 hours prior to your scheduled time.
- Late Cancellations: Any cancelation requested less than 2 hours before the service slot, or cases where the technician arrives but is denied premises access, may incur a standard convenience/slot-blocking fee of ₹99.
5. Property Safety & Limitations of Liability
While our doorstep experts complete intensive diagnostic training and utilize advanced machinery, accidents can occur:
- Limitation of Liability: Kleen's maximum legal liability for any accidental damage to the customer's property (e.g., paint scuffs, panel cracks, fabric tears) during active service execution is strictly capped at two times (2x) the direct booking price of the service that caused the damage.
- Pre-Existing Conditions: Kleen is not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing structural issues, severe rust, paint peeling, fragile electrical wiring, or cracked tiles.
6. Right of Refusal
Kleen is committed to maintaining a safe working environment. Our doorstep technicians reserve the absolute right to refuse or immediately terminate a service if:
- The working conditions are physically hazardous or structurally unsafe.
- The technician is subjected to verbal abuse, harassment, or threats.
- Utilities (electricity/water) are unavailable, preventing machinery operation.
7. Governing Jurisdiction
These terms are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, arbitration, or claim arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
