- Precise Location Data: Precise GPS coordinates of your doorstep, which are collected via your mobile device to match you with a nearby doorstep technician and track their arrival.
- Service Details: Information about your bookings, such as vehicle type and model (for doorstep car washes), AC models, water tank capacities, and specific fabric details.
- Device & Application Data: IP address, device identifier, OS details, and interaction logs inside the Kleen application.
2. How We Use Your Information
Kleen utilizes your collected data strictly for operational fulfillment and security verification:
- To schedule, assign, and verify doorstep professional cleanings.
- To share your location with the assigned doorstep professional only during an active booking window for real-time navigation tracking.
- To verify identity, troubleshoot customer support queries, and prevent booking fraud.
- To process service transactions and issue digital receipt records.
3. Payment & UPI Security
All financial transactions on the Kleen app are processed securely through authorized third-party payment gateways (including Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and leading Indian banking APIs):
- We support direct secure UPI checkout.
- We do not collect, store, or process your credit card numbers, debit card details, or banking passwords on our local servers.
- All transaction requests are encrypted via secure socket layers (SSL/TLS) and tokenized in compliance with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) payment security directives.
4. Data Storage & Safeguards
Your personal data is treated with maximum care and security:
- Local Storage: All user records are hosted on secure, encrypted cloud servers physically located in India.
- Security Controls: We apply strong access controls and continuous server audits to block unauthorized access, breaches, or leaks.
- Retention: We retain location coordinates only as long as necessary for active service routing and regulatory transaction accounting.
5. Strict Non-Sharing Commitment
We believe your personal data belongs to you. Kleen maintains a strict data confidentiality standard:
- We never sell, lease, or rent your personal data or phone number to third-party brokers, advertisers, or marketing agencies.
- Your coordinates are strictly hidden from any third parties other than the active technician assigned to complete your doorstep service.
6. Legal Jurisdiction & Contact
This Privacy Policy is compiled in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and corresponding Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) frameworks in India. Any dispute arising from this policy falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
